Ambatana Threads: uniting
people
is a local handmade clothing
business designed to employ and utilize the business skills
and creative ideas of refugee women. We design,
construct and sell unique skirts, handbags and accessories
to meet a variety of customer interests and personalities.
In addition we seek opportunities to educate customers
regarding the challenges faced by women and families
resettling in our country. Ambatana Threads strives to unite women
and children across cultures, that they may learn from and
become inspired by one another.
